Chances of Becoming a Millionaire by Race

When we isolate for benchmarks of meritocracy (age, race and education) we still see gross disparities in take home pay? Is this evidence of systemic racism or 'culture.'

Also know that many investors invest directly in companies with an unflinching racist lens, preferring to only dump their wealth and support into companies that lack diversity or DEI initiatives.
